8 slices Bowl & Basket™ White Sandwich Bread
8 slices Sargento® Aged White Cheddar, divided
1 Granny Smith Apple, halved, cored and thinly sliced
8 oz Thinly Sliced Black Bear Catering Style Oven-Roasted Turkey
1 package (7.2 ounces) Fresh Express® Apples & Cheddar™ Kit
Directions

1.Spray 1 side of bread slices with olive oil cooking spray. Place 4 slices bread, oil side down, on work surface; top with 4 slices cheese, apple, turkey, and remaining 4 slices each cheese and bread, oil side up.

 

2.Prepare salad kit as label directs. Makes about 5 cups.

 

3.Heat large skillet over medium heat. In 2 batches, cook sandwiches 4 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese melts, turning once and pressing down occasionally with large spatula. Cut sandwiches diagonally in half; serve with salad. Chef Tips: Customize this recipe by swapping the turkey with ShopRite® thick sliced bacon and/or bread with Bowl & Basket™ 100% whole wheat bread.
